Helpful and Inspiring Survey Results

Thanks to so many of you for participating in our recent survey! 164 people responded and we have found the results very helpful and inspiring. 

Some of the key points we have learned are:

• What we do well: Friendly service and a wide range of products
• What needs improvement:  More space, better layout
• Our ethics, culture and values are a key reason people shop at the Coop
• Our customers and members are supportive and care about our Cooperative
• Many people would like to see more and improved quality of organic produce and more bulk items

This survey information has been important for us as we move into the planning stages for a big year in 2020 with our 40th anniversary and expansion of our shop space.
